Make a Difference

Provides project-oriented and administrative support for Talent Management. Coordinates the overall execution of employee programs & solutions throughout the talent lifecycle, to include, scheduling, building management activities, material management, communication administration, light facilitation, evaluation support, and general program & solution logistics.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.

  • Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of applicable/equivalent experience. (Required)

  • One or more years (s) of experience in project management, process management, or process design required or work experience with transferrable skills set. (Required)

  • Work collaboratively with other Talent Management team members to drive strategies that improve organizational engagement and performance.

  • Manage multiple tasks or projects, organize work, set priorities, and determine resource requirements.

  • Provide feedback on how to improve both appropriateness of content, learning activities and tools, and delivery of training programs.

  • Administrative Support – Provides proactive, timely and accurate administrative support for department team including calendar/schedule management, troubleshooting office equipment, managing invoices, manage recordkeeping and documentation/files, Will help evaluate, design, develop, implement and revise talent management solutions, in-services and self-learning material according to established standards. May perform research on various related topics.
