Make a Difference

As part of the desktop support team, the Associate Desktop Support Tech will perform Level 2 support centered around the deployment and disposal of IT equipment for customers, ensuring the assistance is prompt, friendly, and effective; provide support to customers for Microsoft Office, healthcare-related software, etc. This role will perform analysis and implementation of desktop-related projects. This position will require traveling to Community Health Network sites of care for support.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.

· High School Diploma or GED required.

· Associate degree in microcomputer technology preferred.

· Two (2) years in customer service required.

· Three (3) years of experience in microcomputer hardware, software and/or support preferred.

· Strong communication skills.
