Highlights

Community Physician Network in Indianapolis, part of Community Health Network, has an excellent opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work alongside our Pulmonology team located at Community Hospital North campus. Advanced Practice Provider will work within a multi-disciplinary team, focusing on delivering the best quality care to our patients.

  • No weekends or call commitments required.

Qualifications

  • Must possess the ability to independently evaluate 8-12 patients a day and handle stressful situations.

  • Outpatient responsibilities. Experience preferred however not required.

  • Must have excellent communication, critical thinking and planning skills.

Licensure & Certification

Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana.
